Shipping & Delivery

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

For international orders, please contact us directly for a delivery quote and estimated timescale.

We reserve the right to amend the selected shipping method if necessary. Should this occur, we will notify you of any changes.

During busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly extended. Please allow additional time for delivery. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Delivery Issues

If your goods are lost or arrive damaged, you must notify us within 2 working days of delivery. This allows us to raise a claim with the courier promptly and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please include your order number in all correspondence.

Proof of delivery provided by the courier will be considered sufficient evidence that the goods have been received.

Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items, as these may be required when submitting a claim.


Stock & Availability

If an item is out of stock, we will place it on back order and arrange delivery as soon as it becomes available.


Returns & Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order and return goods within 7 working days of receipt for a full refund, including the original delivery cost. To do so, please contact us by email or telephone, quoting your order number.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days.

Please note:

  • You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods.
  • We recommend obtaining adequate insurance to cover the value of the items.
  • Returned goods must be in a saleable condition.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights, for example in cases where goods are faulty or incorrectly described.

Orders placed within the UK and the European Union are subject to 20% VAT.
