FAQ Component

FAQ is short for Frequently Asked Questions.

You can use this component to provide answers to the questions most frequently asked by your visitors or customers about payment methods, delivery time, refund procedures, etc. If you have a long list of questions and answers, you can organise them into categories.

FAQ Example: Are all of your products in stock?

The majority of our items are in stock all the time but 7.5t fibreglass pods are usually made to order so have a lead time of approximately 2 weeks. Modified pods usually take 3-4 weeks from payment to dispatch.

FAQ Example: Do you fit components?

No. Please also be aware that our fibreglass kits do not come with fitting instructions and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they either have the appropriate skills to be able to fit, or access to a workshop that does. Whilst we are happy to give general guidance we are a supplier and not a fitter. The photographs of the fitted components on the site are for demonstration purposes only and are supplied by our customers.
