Applications These terms and conditions shall apply to every sale of goods by Specialized Horsebox Components to any of its customers to the exclusion of any other written terms and conditions not specifically agreed by us in writing.
Payment Unless a credit account has been opened, all goods are supplied on a payment with order basis. You can make payment by cheque, cash or credit/ debit card (including American Express), or BACS. Where credit facilities have been agreed, payment must be made not later than 30 days following the invoice date.
Delivery Goods ordered will normally be delivered usually within 48 hours unless particular products need special order times. In the unlikely event of Specialized Horsebox Components being unable to fulfil an order within this time, we will contact you with a view to advising our best delivery date, making a refund or discussing an alternative. At any time during our office hours you may contact us regarding the progress of your order.
Shortages Notification of any shortage/ damaged goods must be made within 3 days of receipt of goods.
Retention Of Title Ownership of goods is not transferred until all monies owing to Specialized Horsebox Components, either for these or any other goods, or on any other account, have been paid in full. At any time pending such payment in full, Specialized Horsebox Components may enter the customers premises to repossess the goods or any of them, subject however (unless the customer is in default of his contractual obligations or has become insolvent) to giving reasonable notice of our intention to do so. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the risk shall pass to the customer forthwith upon delivery.
Cancellation Any order for goods from this catalogue can be cancelled at any time up to seven working days after delivery provided written notice is given to Specialized Horsebox Components within this time. Where goods have already been dispatched, the customer is responsible for their return to Specialized Horsebox Components in good condition within 30 days of the cancellation notice. After cancellation Specialized Horsebox Components will make a refund within 30 days to the customer of any monies paid relating to that order.
Returns Where goods are returned for whatever reason, you should contact us to obtain a returns reference number. Without this we are unable to arrange a credit or exchange for any goods returned.
Product Suitability Specialized Horsebox Components can not be responsible for any liability arising from misuse or incorrect fitting of any product supplied.
In these terms and conditions any reference to we, us or our relate to Specialized Horsebox Components. You or your refers to any customer purchasing goods from Specialized Horsebox Components.
